A Glance Into the Tunnel was a prototype of a starter pack for the game “Tunnel Vision” for Fuse, an interactive design exhibition held at Bradley University. The prototype was created to share with my teammates what we had collected for the game. Specifically, the items users would engage themselves with, such as an axe, a pickaxe, and a spoon. The prototype was designed using Adobe Illustrator. By utilizing the skills I have gained over time, it allowed the prototype to be cohesive and eccentric. This is embedded through visual hierarchy, composition, effects, and color schemes. Creative decisions were seen through the use of different colored diamonds and tools through their arrangement.
Evidently, the prototype satisfied my teammates’ ideas at the time. They believed it was functional, while accurately representing the game’s initiative. While I am no longer a part of this Fuse team, it was a valuable experience in bringing Tunnel Vision to life in a small and meaningful way.
